Inside Sales (Appointment setting).

Inside Sales - Outbound calling to Voice over IP prospects with the objective of setting appointments for outside sales reps. Path to direct sales and sales management.
Calls from prepared lead listings and also identifies prospects to telephone.
Influences customers to buy services and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information and price quotations. Will pre-qualify prospect and if appropriate set an appointment or connect to outside sales representative.
Maintains and utilizes client information with regards to contact lists.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
